4. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the applicable jurisdiction)

We will review counter-notices in accordance with applicable law and may restore the content if appropriate.

5. Repeat Infringers

While Zuppito Kids does not host user-generated content beyond occasional comments, we reserve the right to remove or restrict any content or contributor found to be repeatedly associated with copyright infringement.
